Here are a few tips to remove the program from your computer.
Repair the program before trying to uninstall if the program has got corrupt. Go to the Start Menu and navigate to the Control Panel. Locate Programs and Features. Now locate the program you want to uninstall and highlight it by left clicking on it. Click the option Change or Repair and wait while Windows tries to repair the program. Sometimes Windows will ask for the original installation disc for performing repairs or will ask you to point to the installer file.
You can also use Microsoft Quick Restore to get your computer to a previous state before the program was installed. Go to Start, All Programs, Accessories and then to System tools. Click the option that says System Restore. Select a restore point before you installed the program. If you don’t remember when you installed the program, select the earliest restore point.
