How To Fix Error Code 1603 In Windows Live Messenger

Windows Live Messenger is a very popular instant messenger program that is in use, which allows users to chat with their friends and family around the world. This program usually installs very easily but can encounter a 1603 error that needs troubleshooting to fix.
