Instructions

Below given are the different errors that you might come across while using Outlook, and the different steps to solve them.

Error 1- Error 0x800420CB

This is a common error encountered in Outlook, where you will not be able to open or read the Outlook messages. This is often a frustrating experience. However, there is no need to worry much as there are simple steps available to fix this issue. This mainly happens when the .dbx files associated with Outlook become corrupted. Follow the below mentioned steps to fix this error.
  • Navigate to the Tools menu of your Outlook program.
  • Following that you need to select the option, Accounts.
  • From the Tab options, click Mail.
  • From there, select the option, Duplicate Mail Account.
